8K Surf Reel
Developed with the top surf fishermen, the Surf 8K is designed to give anglers the ultimate distance on each cast. The reel’s tapered long stroke spool minimises resistance, while the Slow Oscillation System further reduces friction when casting - and generates an exceptionally smooth line lay upon retrieve. To match the reel’s casting capabilities, underneath the Surf 8K’s light yet durable graphite body lies 5 stainless steel bearings and a quick-set anti-reverse. The rigid metal handle allows you to utilise the fast progressive drag system’s 40 lbs of fish-stopping power to its full extent. Designed for maximum durability against corrosion, the Surf 8K features a Hydro Block gasket to protect the drag system, while the proprietary Cyclonic Flow Rotor Technology ushers all excess moisture out of the reel’s housing with a cyclone-like airflow.
