The Visual Trigger for Aggressive Feeding

Sensas Tracix Red is a powerful, highly concentrated powder dye designed to add a vibrant "blood-red" cloud to your swim. Red has long been recognized as a primary attractor color in angling, particularly effective for stimulating a competitive feeding response in a variety of species.

The Power of Red

Red is often the first color to disappear in the light spectrum as water gets deeper, but in the mid-to-upper layers and in murkier water, it provides a distinct visual "throb" that fish associate with rich food sources like bloodworm or crushed pellets.

High-Impact Attraction: Creates a dense, colorful plume that mimics natural disturbances and attracts fish through pure curiosity and instinct.

Species Versatility: A favorite for Tench, Carp, and large Perch, but also surprisingly effective for Roach in colored water.

Peat & Clay Water Specialist: In water with a natural brown or tea-colored tint, red often provides a better "flash" than yellow or white.

Bloodworm Simulation: Ideal for use alongside bloodworm and joker tactics to enhance the visual area of your "red" feed.

Application Guide

Like all Tracix powders, the Red version is incredibly fine and should be handled with care (it stains well, which is exactly what you want in the water!)

Dry Mix Addition Tints your groundbait to a deep, earthy red that stays on the bottom.
Water Dissolution Produces a vivid, "bleeding" cloud effect that spreads through the water column.
Waggler/Surface Mix Use in very wet "slop" to create a red mist that hangs near the surface for Rudd or Bleak.

Specifications

Weight: 100g Resealable Tub

Color: Deep Red / Fluorescent Red

Primary Species: Tench, Carp, Perch, and Bream

Best Conditions: Overcast days, peat-stained water, or when using bloodworm-based baits.

Pro Tip: If you're fishing for Tench in the spring, try adding Tracix Red to a fishmeal-based groundbait. The combination of the heavy food scent and the red visual "bloom" is a classic tactic for pulling fish out of thick weed beds.
